Our customers include the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and university sectors in more than 35 countries. To support this worldwide user base Alpha Innotech maintains a comprehensive staff of software, mechanical, and optical engineers as well as a team of in-house and field-based application specialists to assist all of our gel imager product users. Our Technical Support Department provides our customers with telephone and email support for our gel imager product family.
