Fluorescence Imaging

The needs of fluorescence imaging are met by the design of all of the Alpha Innotech systems. Both our AlphaImager and FluorChem family of systems include UV illumination options for both transparent and opaque samples. In addition, our systems include a 5 position emission filter wheel to allow researchers to target the detection of specific fluorophores of interest in their application. The integration of this filter wheel along with the filters offered by Alpha Innotech also accommodates a wide range of detection fluorophores and a variety of fluorescence imaging applications. Our AlphaImager family provides a low-cost solution for researchers focusing solely on fluorescence imaging, while our FluorChem family accommodates both fluorescence imaging and applications requiring chemiluminescence detection.
