Alpha Innotech's ChemiGlow® chemiluminescent substrate is the world's first chemiluminescent substrate optimized for the FluorChem Family of CCD digital imaging systems. ChemiGlow substrate provides unsurpassed performance with the highest sensitivity and remarkably fast detection capabilities. In addition, Alpha Innotech offers the FAST Transcription Factor kit, which employs a proprietary assay technology to use chemiluminescent detection of a transcription factor binding to its target. Our FAST kit has a 96 well Microplate format for sensitive and specific detection of activated transcription factors. The convenient stripwell format enables testing of one to 96 samples in each plate at a time to provide customization of assay design. A FluorChem® Imaging system or a standard 96-well plate luminometer can be used to measure the FAST chemiluminescent signal.
