2 D Gel Imaging

Requirements for 2 d gel imaging applications include enhanced sensitivity, spatial resolution, and dynamic range. The AlphaImager HPsystem offers a 1.4 million pixel resolution for exceptional spatial resolution to distinguish proteins in close proximity to each other on 2 d gel imaging samples. This high performance system also offers 12 bits of dynamic range to provide detection of both weak and very robust signals within the same sample while still avoiding saturation of the very strong signals.
